Driver Rotation vs Single Driver
Federal HOS: max 10 hours driving in a 15-hour shift, mandatory 30-minute break after 8 hours, 10-hour off-duty rest between shifts. Single driver = ~8-9 hours actual drive time per day = ~500 miles/day. Two drivers can extend to 16-18 hours actual + 800-1,000 miles/day. We spec + quote both models.

Multi-day coach quote includes: driver hourly (all hours including off-duty), driver overnight lodging (all nights), coach mileage, fuel surcharge, tolls, parking.
