40-Passenger Mini-Coach

28-Passenger Mini-Bus

• Best for: Smaller groups (20–28) still doing a multi-day trip, Glacier National Park (Going-to-the-Sun Road 21-ft restriction), college visit weeks, recruiting weekends
• Comfort: Standard bus seating, cargo under-bench, no onboard restroom (planned rest stops every 2 hours)
• Pricing: $1,800–$2,400 per day

Sleeper Coach

• Best for: Cross-country routes past 12 hours one-way where the group needs to sleep on the road overnight. Championship/bowl game travel. Tour groups with overnight legs.
• Comfort: 12–24 sleeping berths separate from seating, restroom, kitchenette on some models
• Availability: Limited fleet — book 8+ weeks ahead
• Pricing: $4,500–$6,500 per day

Multi-Vehicle Convoy

For groups over 56 that need to stay together, we dispatch two motor coaches with synchronized routing + a lead-driver coordinator. Adds 80–90% of single-coach cost. Works for full marching bands (students on one bus, instruments+uniforms on the other), large alumni groups, multi-team athletic championships, full church congregations.
