Vehicle Sizing + Luggage Capacity
25-40 people = 40-passenger coach + trailer option. 40-56 = full 56-passenger motor coach with underfloor luggage bay for coolers/cornhole/tents/luggage. Under 25 = 22 to 30-passenger mini-coach or executive mini-bus. Sizing driven by luggage volume as much as passenger count for reunions.
Booking Windows + Payment
Summer reunions (June-August): book 60-90 days ahead. Peak weekends (July 4, Labor Day) 4-5 months. Off-season (fall + winter) 30-45 days is often fine. Deposit typically 25% at booking, balance 14 days before pickup. Multi-day includes driver hotel in the quote — no surprise line items.
