Peak Season & Booking Windows
June through Labor Day = peak — book charter coach 4-6 months out. September (shoulder) is Yellowstone's sweet spot: cool days, no traffic jams at Old Faithful, elk rut in Mammoth. Coach Access & Road Limits
Yellowstone's Grand Loop Road (142 miles) accommodates 45-foot motor coaches. Interior parking is limited at Old Faithful + Canyon — driver drops group at the visitor center, parks at the coach lot, and returns for pickup. Some spur roads (Firehole Canyon Drive, one-way sections) prohibit vehicles over 25 feet — we route around them.
