Multi-day New Year's ski trips — the specifics
The Dec 27 through Jan 4 ski week is peak-season nationwide. Our ski-trip charters handle four specific transportation legs:
Leg 1 — Airport-to-resort transfers. Denver-to-Vail (2 hours), Salt Lake-to-Park City (45 minutes) or Deer Valley or Snowbird, Burlington-to-Stowe (1 hour) or Killington or Sugarbush, Reno-to-South-Lake-Tahoe (1 hour) or Squaw Valley, Bozeman-to-Big Sky (1 hour). Under-coach ski/board storage, luggage handled, direct route to resort check-in.
Leg 2 — Daily lodge-to-lift shuttles. Where the resort's own free shuttle doesn't cover your specific lodging or the schedule doesn't match your group, we can dedicate a mini-coach for daily lift shuttle. Common request: off-mountain vacation-rental groups who don't want to drive icy roads at 8 AM.
Leg 3 — Off-mountain apres-ski and dinner shuttles. Groups staying at slope-side lodging often want to shuttle into the resort town (Park City Main Street, Aspen downtown, Stowe Village) for dinner and nightlife. Chartered mini-coach means everyone can drink and no one has to drive back to the lodge.
Leg 4 — Departure airport shuttle. Jan 2, Jan 3, or Jan 4 return to the arrival airport. Timed to your group's flight schedule (we handle multi-flight arrival timing on the way in and multi-flight departure timing on the way out).
