Scout trips we plan
High adventure bases — Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron, New Mexico; Northern Tier near Ely, Minnesota; Florida Sea Base in the Keys; and the Summit Bechtel Reserve in West Virginia. These are long hauls, so we plan the driving days and overnight stops before we quote.

Planning tips for leaders
- Gear list: send a count of packs, coolers, canoes or trailers. The gear count, not just the headcount, decides the coach size.
- Leaders on board: adult leaders ride on the same coach as the youth.
- Book early for summer: June and July are peak months for camp and high adventure travel, so reserve the coach as soon as your dates are set.
